The design of this device, which will illuminate an area with a diameter of 10 to 80 kilometers in the city of Chengdu (southwest), began years ago, although it is now that it has taken shape thanks to the advancement of technology.

The satellite was designed to complement the light of the moon at night and will have an illumination eight times superior to the original, enough to replace the lights of the street.
